Project inquiries
Online inquiries are enabled.
When enabled, the inquiry form requests your name, work email, company or organization, service interest, and project description. Phone and preferred timeframe are optional. Netistics uses this information to review and respond to the project inquiry.
Please do not include credentials, sensitive network configurations, classified information, or other restricted material.
Delivery and abuse protection
When the form is enabled, inquiry details are sent through Microsoft 365 to info@netistics.net so Netistics can respond. A successful submission means the delivery provider accepted the message; it does not confirm that a person read it.
The hosted website uses Cloudflare D1 for submission limits and duplicate protection. It stores a site-wide counter, counters keyed by a cryptographic hash of the email address, and hashed submission markers. It does not store the inquiry text, raw email address, or visitor IP address in this database. Counters stop applying after one hour and duplicate markers after 24 hours; expired records are removed in bounded batches during subsequent activity. These controls do not define how long an email remains in a mailbox or delivery provider system.
Storage and technical information
The application does not save inquiry content in its source files, browser storage, analytics events, or routine application logs. Submitted information may remain in the configured recipient mailbox and the Netistics sending mailbox’s Sent Items and delivery provider systems. Hosting and service providers may process request information, including IP addresses and operational logs, under their own terms.

Tracking
This implementation does not include third-party analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets, or nonessential tracking cookies. The architecture layer, software preview, menu, and motion preferences are held in page memory and are not persisted to browser storage.
